Cera Products Lends a Helping Hand to Child Health Foundation

Baltimore, MD (December 6, 2004)--Cera Products Inc., a Columbia, Maryland based biotechnology company that produces sports drinks and oral rehydration products announced today the donation of 69 cases of CeraLyte, valued at $8,625, as a "Gift in Kind" to Locust United Methodist Church on behalf of the Child Health Foundation (CHF).

The potentially life-saving product will be shipped to donation sites in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia, to help children and families suffering from infectious diseases. This donation will help further CHF's efforts to save lives and improve the quality of life for children in developing countries.
