Cera Products donates $2,000 in product to support bike race and local charity

Baltimore MD, May 24, 2004--Once again making good on its commitment to local charities, Cera Products has donated nearly $2,000 worth of its CeraSport Product to the upcoming BikeJam racing event, to be held this Saturday, May 29. Proceeds from the event go to Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, providing inpatient, outpatient and day programs for infants and children with rehabilitation and/or complex medical needs.

BikeJam is a full day of racing and family fun in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday May 29th. The first pro-race kicks off at noon, when the women will line up to race twenty miles. The pro-men’s event, the Kelly Cup, starts at 2pm. The men will race forty miles on the loop through Patterson Park. The event also includes a recreational ride around Baltimore sponsored by Lateral Stress Velo & Cera Sport.

Cera Products sponsors the Lateral Stress Velo bike team, sometimes referred to as the "Lance Armstrongs of Maryland". LSV was the Host of The NRC Kelly Cup Race at BikeJam. The organization's riders include Road Cyclists, Mountain Bikers, Cyclo-Cross Riders, Ultra-Marathon Riders, and recreational riders.
