Cera Products, Inc. Welcomes Bruce Brown as Vice President

COLUMBIA, MD -  Cera Products, Inc., a  developer, manufacturer and distributor of high-performance, proprietary rice-based oral rehydration solutions (ORS), announced today that Bruce M. Brown has been hired as Vice President.  Mr. Brown will develop and manage their sales and marketing efforts as well as support operations and corporate strategy development. 

Mr. Brown has broad experience building innovative health solutions for both domestic and international markets.  Most recently he served as COO and Director of Public Health Programs for Phyto-Riker Pharmaceuticals, an African-based generic pharmaceutical / nutraceutical company.  Mr. Brown is also the founder of Brown Shah Advisory LLC, a Washington DC based consulting group that provides services to Life Science companies.  Mr. Brown began his career with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and also with Ernst & Young’s Global Health Sciences group. 

Mr. Brown received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, a Masters in Public Health from Emory University and a Masters of Arts in International Relations specializing in International Finance from The School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) Johns Hopkins University.
